DJs on a Mission from God

     For some time now, the need for a non-political, non-denominational group for Christian DJs and KJs has been talked bout on internet chat boards and in the hallways of DJ trade shows. Now, there is CrossMix, an fellowship for mobile entertainers who strive to live a Christian lifestyle, offer encouragement to those in need and share the good news of Jesus Christ to anyone who will listen.

     The organizers of CrossMix, Ray Martinez and Robert Lindquist, are both veteran Mobile DJs and born again Christians. According to Ray, "My life as a DJ has been wonderful for 25 plus years, but since 1985 Jesus Christ has been my pilot and has been the main reason I am successful today. Without the Lord, I and my business are nothing." 

      Robert Lindquist (who is also editor-in-chief of Mobile Beat) adds, "This is a very unique opportunity for us to share our faith and hopefully contribute something to our profession that will long outlast Ray and I. To make it work, we need all Christian DJs and KJs to come forth and offer their skills."
